It was an immense honour to be invited by the City of Karratha to be one this year’s judges in the Cossack Art Award, recognised as the most isolated acquisitive art exhibition in the world and the richest award of its kind in Australia. I’ve been a participating artist in the awards a few times, […]
It’s hard to believe we’re into March already! Reflecting on 2018 I realise what a busy year it was in terms of artistic output and projects. Speaking with a lot of other artists, most admitted to suffering from burnout at some stage, especially towards the end of the year. I intentionally held off on having […]
I was thinking recently of one of the first times I painted live in public. It was the first time I had ever applied for an EOI as a live painter for hire and didn’t think I’d score the job. I was wrong. The client saw my brightly coloured abstract paintings and loved them. As […]

My blog has been a little quiet of late, but that doesn’t mean I’ve been quiet! I’ve set up UnchARTed Collective, and Australian artisan gallery featuring over 40 different artists. It’s great to share, interact and colaborate with so many creative people. You can now view may art 6 days a week – woot! If […]

‘Attitude’. Acrylic and aerosol on paper. 100 x 70cm.
One of the great things about being in a market is meeting so many wonderful people and making new friends. Thanks to all for a fun filled Sunday!
Thanks to Fremantle Festival and X-Wray Fremantle for hosting my solo exhibition ‘To All the (Boys) I’ve Loved Before. I thoroughly enjoyed creating these pieces of some of my favourite actors.
